Really disappointed with both the product and the customer service. I was disappointed with the product as it arrived not looking like the pictures and it one of the lenses had a smear along it. I reported this to shadestation and provided them with pictures. Returned the glasses and received a refund. However, had to lose £3.20 on return postage which was not refunded.So beware, you'll have to pay if you receive a faulty product which has to be returned :(
